Delivery and Shipping

    If your order has not yet been processed, it will be shipped to your new address. For orders that have already been processed, we are unable to change the address, so you will need to contact the relevant shipping branch.

Returns

  • If you wish to return your product, the product packaging must be intact, the product unused, and its tag must not have been removed.

    The product(s) must be sent to us unused and undamaged due to misuse.
    Products whose reusability has been compromised will not be accepted for return.
