EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), I declare that I give my explicit consent to Nihan Giyim San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. to process my personal data for the purpose of sending me commercial electronic communications and conducting marketing activities , and to transfer this data to third parties for these purposes.

1. Personal Data Processed with Explicit Consent

My personal data that will be processed under my explicit consent is limited to the following:

  • My personal information (name, surname)

  • My contact information (phone number, email address)

2. Processing Purposes for Which Explicit Consent is Required

My personal data;

  • Sending messages regarding campaigns, discounts, offers, announcements, and promotions related to products and services.

  • Sending commercial electronic messages via email, SMS, telephone, call centers, automated dialing systems, and digital marketing tools ,

  • Sharing customer satisfaction surveys , promotions, invitations, special occasion celebrations, and promotional content.

  • Conducting analysis, reporting, and targeting studies to develop marketing strategies.

  • Personalized content, notifications, and campaign displays on websites or third-party platforms.

3. Third Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred

If I give my explicit consent, my personal data will be processed as follows:

  • Agencies, business partners, digital marketing platforms, advertising service providers, analytics and reporting firms that provide services in marketing, advertising, campaign management and communication processes,

  • If server and technical infrastructure services are located abroad, then the foreign service providers will be contacted.

  • To authorized public institutions and organizations upon request as required by law.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Personal Data

My personal data;

  • Through the website, mobile application, SMS, email, digital forms and communication channels,

  • By automatic or non-automatic methods

In this context, the legal basis for the processing and transfer of personal data is my explicit consent, in accordance with Article 8/1 of the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data).

My lack of explicit consent does not prevent me from using the products or services.

5. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

I understand that I can withdraw my explicit consent to receive commercial electronic communications at any time , without giving any reason.

If I withdraw my consent, my personal data will only be stored for the mandatory periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period , it will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized .
