This Pre-Information Form aims to inform the BUYER about their rights and obligations regarding the products purchased, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The BUYER declares, acknowledges, and undertakes that they have carefully read and understood all provisions contained in this Pre-Information Form and have been informed by giving their electronic approval. Confirmation of the order means that the BUYER is obligated to pay.

Your credit card information is directly transmitted to the relevant payment institution without being recorded by the SELLER.

In installment sales, the provisions of the credit card agreement signed between the BUYER and the bank apply; the SELLER is not responsible for the interest, commission, and installment conditions applied by the bank.

If the product price is not paid to the SELLER by the bank, the BUYER is obliged to return the received product within 14 days.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Time

Orders are delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. The legal delivery period is a maximum of 30 days.

Delivery Method

Delivery is made to the address notified by the BUYER during the order via HepsiJet Kargo, with which the SELLER has an agreement.

The SELLER is not responsible if the third party designated by the BUYER does not accept the delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

The SELLER is responsible for any loss and damage that may occur until the goods are delivered to the BUYER or the person designated by the BUYER.

If the BUYER requests a carrier other than the carrier determined by the SELLER, any loss and damage after the delivery of the goods to this carrier shall be borne by the BUYER.

Shipping Fee

  • For orders of 3,000 TL or more, shipping within Turkey is free.
  • For orders under 3,000 TL, the shipping fee is 79.90 TL.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Start of Withdrawal Period

  • For single products: the day the product is received
  • For multi-part products: the day the last part is received
  • For regular deliveries: the day of first delivery

The BUYER may also exercise their right of withdrawal before delivery.

The SELLER immediately notifies the BUYER of the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

Product Use

The BUYER is not responsible for changes that occur as long as the product is used appropriately. The BUYER is responsible for any decrease in value due to inappropriate use.

7. RETURN PROCESS AND CARRIER

The carrier designated by the SELLER for returns is Yurtiçi Kargo. The cargo must be delivered to Nihan Giyim Ankara with the customer code "274967225". No return shipping fee is charged for shipments made with this code.

In places where there is no branch, the BUYER can send with any cargo company with freight collect. If a different carrier is preferred despite the presence of a branch, return costs are borne by the BUYER.

The BUYER must send the product to the SELLER within 14 days from the date they exercised their right of withdrawal.

Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, the SELLER;

  • the product price,
  • and delivery costs, if any,

will refund in a manner consistent with the payment method used by the BUYER.

The SELLER is not responsible for the processing times of banks for credit card refunds.

8. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

As per the Regulation on Distance Contracts;

  • Goods whose price changes dependent on financial markets
  • Products manufactured specifically for the BUYER
  • Perishable goods
  • Products whose packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons
  • Goods that cannot be separated
  • Books and digital content with opened packaging
  • Periodicals
  • Services that need to be performed on specific dates
  • Services performed instantly in electronic environment
  • Services started with the BUYER's approval before the withdrawal period expires
  • Vehicles subject to registration and UAVs
  • Phones, tablets, computers, smartwatches with opened packaging
  • Sales made through live auction
  • Products whose installation has been completed

the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

9. COMPLAINT AND APPLICATION METHODS

The BUYER can submit all their requests and complaints through;

In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized in the place of residence of the BUYER or where the transaction was made, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding the monetary limit.

10. OTHER PROVISIONS

This Pre-Information Form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract.

The form and contract are sent to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER. The SELLER is obliged to keep the records related to the information for 3 years.
